Vice President, Investment Banking

Growth advisory and investment banking firm, established 25 years. Founding member of Business Growth Alliance (www.bgallc.net). Clients are family-owned and other closely held, upper middle market businesses, which typically have revenues in the range of $50-to-$500 million. Strong client deal flow is generated through a number of strategic marketing affiliations. Growth and expansion requires person with 6-to-10 years of experience to fill VP position. Transactional experience with financing the growth of middle market companies and mergers and acquisitions is required. Position will report to Managing Director. Significant client contact and potential for rapid career advancement. Strong business and financial analytical skills a must. Power Point experience preferred. CPA or MBA required. Experience with business valuation, EVA analysis, and forecasting required. Strong written and oral communication skills needed. Team player. Energetic, responsible, self-starter expected.
