Vice President Management Information Systems - Lynn

The sucessful individual will in this role will: Act as customer Relationship Manager for assigned business units and back office support areas.Serve as vendor manager for several critical vendors.Work closely with business unit management and end users to ensure desired system objectives are achieved and maintained.Supervise and direct assigned staff.Conduct semi-annual and annual employee reviews.Serve as a team leader on various projects. Ensure cost benefit analysis is complete for each project. Manage project on time and within budget (both monetary and Technology Division resource hours).Perform required risk management functions associated with assigned projects. Update Technology management at the Technology Product Review meetings.Gather and analyze information from various resources to identify, recommend and implement solutions for bank-wide system initiatives. Assist in the review and implementation of bank systems and procedures with emphasis on process improvements resulting in increased operational efficiency and cost reduction. Adhere to system development and implementation standards for new and existing applications. Work with end users to facilitate and exercise user acceptance testing as necessary. Document and update departmental and application procedures (SOPs) as needed. Required SkillsMust be analytical, well organized and detail oriented. Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills required.Outstandingmanagerial skills. Exemplary customer service skills. Comprehensiveknowledge of project management and associated risk management. Required ExperienceBachelor'sdegree required or equivilent experince requires with 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacityKnowledge of financial/banking data processing operations strongly preferred.Previous project management experience is desired.
