Vice President, Sales

Leominster Credit Union (LCU), a progressive financial institution with over $350 million in assets located in Central Massachusetts, has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated, highly skilled professional to assume the leadership role for developing and implementing our sales strategy.  As a member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead the strategic direction for sales initiatives and sales training.  This includes the formulation and implementation of successful internal sales programs, as well as training and coaching programs in support of our sales culture.

The desired candidate will possess a track record of strong leadership; have a collaborative style and the ability to successfully interact across all levels and functions within the organization; demonstrate excellent written and communication skills along with a thorough knowledge and expertise in all aspects of sales and sales management.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field along with solid experience in sales management and service, preferably within the retail arena.  A proven ability to motivate, develop and work in a team environment is required.
