Candidate Requirements:

 

      - Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the mortgage industry

      - Direct Endorsment, FHA, and Conventional Underwriting background a MUST!      - All government designations (FHS/DE and VA/LAPP Certified)

      - 3 years AUS experience

      - Excellent Time Management Skills

      - Detail Oriented and Mulit-Tasked

      - Excellent analytical and decision making skills

      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      - Knowledge and proficiency in all levels of morgage underwrtiting including Government Agency and Jumbo lending.We are a multi-state lender specializing in Conventional, Jumbo and FHA/VA lending and offering exceptional support and service.  We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, successful individuals.
