Salary: DOE but looking to start at least 100K + incentives.

The Wealth Management Sales Managers primary responsibility will be to continue and expand the success of the entire department by developing and maintaining a long term strategy supported by goals and objectives. Job Requirements:

-Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible management experience in brokerage industry.

-College graduate with major in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.

-Current Series 7 and Series 63 license, clean securities record, Series 24 license preferred or the ability to obtain the license within 60 days.

-Proven ability to plan and direct the overall operations to meet objectives.

-Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of financial advisement and brokerage industry.

-Expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies, analyzing data and trends, and sound financial planning.

-Superior speaking, writing, presentation and customer service skills.
