Knowledge of MS Visual Studio, HTML, ASP.net is desired. Experience with Compliance Related Issues in a Retail Banking Environment. Ability to Work Quickly and Independently In a Team Environment with Vendors, Business Lines, and CFG Senior Management. Strong Administrative and Organizational Skills. Fluency in Spanish (Speaking, Writing, Understanding of Dialects) is Required. Responsibilities The Web Content Management Specialist position is part of the Internet Strategy Group that manages the content on Citizensbank.com and Charterone.com, in addition to many other customer and colleague facing secondary sites. This position will be responsible for the timely completion of content management requests, including request evaluation and estimation, design and build, where applicable, onto customer and colleague facing web pages. The candidate will utilize web design and programming skills in conjunction with the Content Management System to build web pages, design navigation and maintain the environment of our sites. The successful candidate will manage the day to day relationship with internal Business Lines and Bank Compliance, as it pertains to the interactive web approval process. Responsibilities additionally entail the review, tracking and recording of requests for audit, compliance and other Bank requirements.
