Position will function as an active member of the Information Systems team and will specialize in website development, on-going analysis and monitoring of the company’s Internet and Intranet sites, development of in-house .NET applications, and security relating to Internet and Intranet.

 

Webmaster Administration:

o        Maintenance of organization websites

o        On-going evaluation and improvement of the site making design contributions that complement the existing template and architecture using HTML, Javascript, CSS, ASP.NET

o        Works closely with the Senior Staff, marketing staff, program staff & others to ensure that information is current, accurate and helpful to the end user

o        Supports and assists in producing, distributing, tracking and analyzing a range of online promotions

o        Heavily involved in building the online counseling business. This requires an understanding of database modeling and data types, SQL language, and MS SQL Server

o        Responsible for all aspects of the organization’s intranet site 

 

.NET Development

o        Full life cycle development including new development, and design

o        Oversee projects and time lines

o        Maintain and recommend improvement to current ASP.NET applications

o        Mentor other software developers

o        Create and maintain system documentation

o        Restore systems to normal operation after failures

o        Provides support for systems as required

 General Duties

o        Full life cycle development including new development, and design

o        Monitor licenses to ensure compliance

o        Insure that all Internet Standards are met and that the Agency does not intentionally violate any standards that would place our domain in jeopardy

o        Participate in IS Department team meetings and offer input and suggestions on projects

o        Perform/back-up duties of SR. Systems Administrator or DBA if necessary

o        Maintain and administer all legal Internet domains owned by the Agency

o        Utilize technology to provide clients and staff with a fast, accurate, and secure method of gaining access to information

o        Other duties as assigned
