Wholesale Loan Officer

Primary Characteristics: Take incoming lead calls and advise clients with respect to financing options through, and including, the funding of loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate brokered to the Company through a single-family mortgage broker. Essential Functions: • Take incoming information request telephone calls. • Provide advice to prospective clients with respect to financing options. • Sell available loan programs. • Analyze information provided by clients to assist with finding appropriate loan programs. • Convert leads into loan applications. • Draft letters of interest. • Assist the client and coordinate with internal departments to see loans through to funding. • Develop expertise on loan programs offered by lenders. Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office tool. • Advanced written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational/collaborative skills • Attentive to detail and quality standards Training and Experience: • High school degree. • Multi-family and commercial lending experience helpful.
