Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

 

Franklin American Mortgage Company is searching for highly motivated, successful Wholesale Account Executives.  Franklin American Mortgage is a national "A" paper lender that specializes in Government, Conventional and Jumbo products.  In fact we are the 4th largest underwriter of FHA loans and the 9th largest underwriter of VA loans nationally. 

 

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying and cultivating mortgage brokers, identifying needs, and selling the appropriate loan programs and services.

 

Responsibilities include:Creating and setting up wholesale mortgage broker relationships.Maintaining and growing wholesale mortgage broker relationships.Advising brokers of any changes to loan programs, rates and/or policies.Acting as a liaison between the broker and the FAMC loan processing staff.Assisting in protecting FAMC assets through careful review of broker activity.Providing sales managers with timely production and new business development reports.

 

Successful candidates will possess:Minimum of three years of successful Wholesale Account Executive experience and an established book of business.Self-motivated with a proven track record as a top sales performer.Strong, competitive sales drive.Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Degree preferred.Computer skills including mortgage software a plus.
