  The Wire Transfer Administrative Assistant greets customers promptly and courteously and delivers quality customer service.  Assesses customer service needs, performs account maintenance, and provides problem resolution.Processes international wires in accordance with guidelines and compliance procedures. 2 years' experience handling wire transfer activity 3 years' office experience with an emphasis on customer service Banking experience preferred Strong PC skills and business analysis experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
