Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 Work schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm Qualifications High School diploma, some college preferred. Minimum 6 months direct customer service experience. Possess basic math and spelling skills. Previous banking experience preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent verbal communication/interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Basic balancing experience preferred. The flexibility to stay after scheduled hours. PC proficient - typing/keyboard 35 wpm. Solid listening and problem solving skills. Must not be engaged in outside employment that interferes, competes or conflicts with the interests of Citizens Bank. Responsibilities Under general supervision process domestic and international wires, including all high risk transactions while adhering to both the bank and Federal regulations. Run End of Day on UNIX including balancing the wire transfer department . Increase customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Represent Citizens Bank in a professional manner. Accurately and neatly complete all forms. Maintain knowledge of all applicable system applications. Consistently ensure world-class service in all interactions. Comply with Bank's code of ethics and all Federal, State and Local laws. Follow proper security procedures and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
