The Worksite Banker will be the lead resource for Citi@Work onsite execution within assigned coverage area. This position will proactively source, acquire and expand new to bank customer relationships by maximizing onsite sales channel opportunities. Position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with Citi@Work portfolio client companies to ensure we are meeting client’s needs and creating opportunities for growth. Add value by selling a wide range of products & acquiring new to bank customers at Citi@Work companies Determine appropriate product package mix to offer to customers based on needs and proactively educate customers on bank products and available access channels. Facilitate a minimum of 1 onsite presentation per day (where possible) and assume responsibility for coordinating logistics. Leverage 7-Day Welcome Call lead list for proper customer on boarding and cross-sell (i.e. unaccepted POS pre-approved credit offer). Utilize CitiMax Sales Report (weekly) and CitiMax Deposit Pipeline Report (monthly), to monitor customer balances and prevent chargeback’s. Ensure accurate account opening at all assigned Financial Centers in coverage area Execute integrated sales (i.e. checking and credit), strategies that are in alignment with the Division’s plan to achieve desired revenue and service hurdles. Utilize effective marketing/onsite merchandising to improve new customer cross-sell and ensure that all necessary collateral for proper onsite execution is available. Responsible for maintaining compliance procedures for completed onsite applications. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred) or equivalent work experience Skills/Abilities: 2 yrs. Retail Banking experience Relationship building/acquisition skills Strong analytical/problem solving skills Customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills
