eCom Implementation Manager

Corporate Network eCom, LLC (eCom)™, is a majority-owned subsidiary of U.S. Central. PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for the successful project management leading to the implementation of all eCom products in the MemberStreet suite of products.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Assist in the development of implementation, conversion and training strategies, methodologies, plans and materials for successful implementation and training of eCom products.Manage multiple and simultaneous projects through the implementation process of eCom products.Manage and lead multiple and simultaneous eCom initiatives from a project perspective; create and maintain project plans, facilitate project meetings and report to manager and other eCom management on progress.Ability to develop project plans and lead internal departments and external vendors through the development, implementation and training of each project ensuring proper resource staffing is in place to successfully complete the implementation process on schedule.Successful implementation of eCom products through accurate accumulation of data through surveys, onsite visits, and/or other means.Maintain a positive working relationship with corporate, credit union, partner and vendor personnel to garner trust for successful ongoing relationships.Complete training of corporate and credit union personnel on the maintenance and operation of eCom products.Responsible for managing and strengthening communications and maintaining positive working relationships between all groups (vendors, corporate and internal staff) that directly impact the implementation process of eCom products.Provide input on software functionality of all eCom products and how it can be modified or customized to accommodate the needs of the credit union and/or end user.Responsible for creating and updating all documentation (Operations manuals, training materials, implementation documents, etc.) for current products and new products as developed.Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for defect fixes, upgrades, enhancements, and new products developed in eCom by creating and executing use case and test case scripts.Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes and procedures for implementation, training and support of all products in the MemberStreet suite of products.Cross-sell other products and services offered by the CUSO.


 

EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Possess knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.  Able to develop project plans and schedules, make decisions, assemble and lead a project team, report status to management, and successfully complete projects on time. One to three years experience in application and/or product training. Three to five years experience with implementations of systems and/or web-based applications; or equivalent combination of college-level education, training and/or related experience.  Ability to develop project plans and lead internal departments and external vendors through the development, implementation and training of each project ensuring proper resource staffing is in place to successfully complete the implementation process on schedule.


Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficiency in microcomputer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project, and Visio) and the ability to perform technical writing including: implementation plans, operation manuals, training manuals and status reporting are required.
