Manufacturing Line Lead

 

Please note that this position is an entry level leadership position.  While some leadership skills are required for this position, it is a great stepping stone for those who want to jump start their career in supervision!

This position is on our 2nd shift (3:30PM-11:30PM) and is responsible for insuring that all work performed is in accordance with company quality systems.  This position has the authority to direct manufacturing operators in the assignment and performance of individual tasks, set up, monitor and make adjustments to production runs.  Qualified candidates would be able to evaluate personnel and determine the level of training required for each.  Further, the incumbent would be able to plan, organize, and carry out a multitude of tasks.  This position also requires a high degree of leadership skills.  A high school diploma is required for this position.
