ACCOUNT MANAGER / Pharmacy, LTC

The Account Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, service and customer service of the health care client base including Long Term Care within this defined territory.  They will play a liaison roll between the customer and the Sales and Operations departments.

 

Primary responsibilities for this candidate will be:  Client Retention, Problem Resolution and Customer Service and Managing Expectations.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

TERRITORY:

Stockton, CA, Lodi, CA to Sacramento, CA.  Ideal area to live would be between Stockton and Sacramento area.  Local Area Travel is required with the potential of 30% Overnight Travel.

 

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:

Required:  Degree

Required:  Long Term Care, Nursing Home experience or Wound Care Sales into the LTC industry.

Required:  LPN, RN, HIGHT LEVEL CPHT experience is very good with experience in customer service and customer support. 

 

The ideal candidate must have a stable work history and proven employment track record.

SALARY REQUIREMENT:

 

$50,000 TO $60,000/yr plus
