Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Duties



Primary responsibility for processing AP invoices, expense reports and corporate credit card accounts.  Processes invoices for designated vendors.

1. Processes PO invoices for designated vendors.

2. Processes non-PO invoices in accordance with financial approval policy.

3. Responsible for expense reports and travel policy compliance, including employee training, and monthly reporting.

4. Reconciles and processes corporate credit card accounts.

5. Various AP duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements

 

5+ years Accounts Payable experience.

Strong computer skills including, MS Excel and Outlook.  Strong communication skills for working with internal and external customers via email and phone
