The Account Receivables Analyst will have responsibility for the daily posting of cash received from our lockbox against customers trade accounts; actively managing issues related to customer accounts through phone contact with the customer and customer service; working closely with the credit analysts to serve customer needs by researching issues, complying with statement/invoice requests, and general support. Also process customer's requests for refunds when there are credits on the customers account. Assist with other special projects as needed that improve cash application process and unapplied cash. A minimum of a High school diploma is required. An Associate Degree in Business is highly preferred. 2 years minimum of prior hands on cash application experience is required. Critical thinking skills are required. Strong communication skills with high external customer phone experience required. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy in daily work required. Ability to work independently with limited supervision is required. Experience working in a team environment while handling multiple tasks is required. Experience with Microsoft word and excel is required. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
