Job Description Accounts Receiveable Representative I Position Summary:The candidate will manage collection activity for a $7 mill to $10 mill portfolio of accounts, interacting with customers, sales and vendors to problem solve and facilitate payment of invoices.  A high level of account activity and phone work and interaction with all facets of the company can be expected. Customer base will be split between Puerto Rico and US mainland. Prior work experience with Windows, Excel and Word.  Candidate must have excellent communications skills and be well organized.  Experience handling Latin American or Caribbean customers a plus.  Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish Language required with an understanding of business principles.  Candidate should possess a college degree or 2-3 years of Trade Collection experience.  Periodic travel to Puerto Rico required.  Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: Fluent in Spanish, College Degree- (Finance preferred) or 2-3 years of Trade collection experience, willing to travel to Puerto Rico to visit customers as needed.
