At our Emeryville location we are looking for a customer focused person to serve as Administrative Assistant in the front office. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and direct all visitors who enter the facility; prepare visitor ID badges.  Answer and properly route all incoming calls; retrieve and forward messages from system voice mail.  Serve as administrative assistant to provide secretarial support to the office staff.   Receive, send and distribute faxes.  Type miscellaneous letters, memos and reports.  Data entry for client services, accounting and administration.  Accounts payable responsibilities. Order/maintain office/kitchen supplies. Distribute mail.  Assist Human Resources by processing new hire paperwork and sending to Denver, PA.  Create and maintain site Training Records for each employee.  Assist Sales & Marketing, including making brochures, typing and mailing brochure letters, typing and mailing thank you letters and special bulk mailings.  Assist with various other typing and clerical projects and any other related duties as assigned. Experience: 3+years office experience. Excellent typing, word processing, data entry, and computer skills. Excellent telephone etiquette: previous switchboard experience required. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to keep confidential information.  Excellent customer service skills. Education: High School Diploma - minimum.
