PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides assistance with sales and marketing related activities.

• Assist as needed with logistics such as plane fares, meeting rooms, meals, etc., for sales and marketing events.

• Tracks and orders marketing promotions materials, budgets, and expenses.

• Establishes and maintains a company-wide sales and marketing schedule and calendar of events.

• Assists in preparation of files, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Organizes and maintains a database of market research data and competitive intelligence.

• Provides support for the development of proposals, client presentations, and other marketing materials.

• Assists as needed with coordination of trade show participation and logistics.

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• High degree of technical aptitude and multi-tasking capability.

• Superb interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are mandatory.

• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
