We offer an exceptional opportunity for you as an Administrative Assistant-Informatics-Infrastructure Engineering. Candidates will report directly to the Senior Manager-Informatics Engineering. This person will assist the Infrastructure Management by maintaining the financial records for planning, procuring, reconciliation, retrieval, and retirement of Forest’s communication and infrastructure related components, and provide general office support to the other Informatics Managers and their employees. In addition, this position is responsible for the purchase requisition creation/submission, invoice tracking, travel arrangements, mail routing, department supplies management, assist managers with “paper flow,” etc. This candidate must have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.  Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills is required.  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required with the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2 years of accounting experience.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.  Strong computer skills such as Excel, MS Word and Outlook are required.In return for these skills, we offer a competitive salary and substantial benefits package including full medical, dental and life insurance; 401(k) with match and profit sharing; tuition reimbursement; and many other great benefits.  All job seekers must apply online at http://www.frx.com/careers/job_description.aspx?number=92580.Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
