Administrative Assistant - Morris County

Work for a leading Pharmaceutical company in Morris County, NJ. This is a temporary position.

-Proficiency in general administrative support duties, i.e.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION WILL INCLUDE:
-Calendar Maintenance
-Travel Arrangements, Domestic & International
-Expense Reporting
-Special Projects, as required
-Ordering Office Supplies
-Filing, Faxing, Scanning and Distribution of Documents
-Phone Coverage 

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-2 to 5 years in administrative support experience required.

-Proficiency in MS Office to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
-Lotus Notes experience is highly preferred.

-Previous pharmaceutical experience a plus.

 

EDUCATION:  College degree preferred, but not required.
