Administrative Assistant - Patents Under the supervision of the patent attorney or paralegal, the incumbent will prepare documents to be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, will monitor status of patent applications in PAIR and will prepare correspondence to foreign associates handling patent cases outside of the United States; will assist in supporting the docketing database and perform special projects as assigned; support patent and IP attorneys and paralegal with clerical responsibilities.Requirements include 2 to 10+ years working with patent applications; experience with EFS-Web and PAIR; understanding of docket dates and ability to maintain and monitor a docket for foreign and U.S. actions; strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.PLEASE INCLUDE SALARY HISTORY WITH YOUR RESPONSE.
