Alliance Marketing Manager

Masters & Asscociates is looking for  a Marketing  Manager who will report to the VP of Marketing for  a rapidly growing  bio tech client in the South Bay.

Must have exp in launching  Clinical Diagonostic Instruments.  You will need strong  Project Mangement and Partner/Account  management skills . Manage the Alliances and products associated with those alliances.  Products consist of tests for coagulation, sepsis, TB, and others. Will need to manage relationship with the Alliance Partner, work closely with the development CORE Team, and handle launch and commercialization of the products.

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:

• Life Sciences degree in an area related to molecular biology or biochemistry required, Masters, PhD and/or MBA highly desirable.
• Requires 4-5 years experience in health science the marketing area with a preference for molecular diagnostic experience.
• Knowledge and experience in marketing of clinical tests.

• Proven ability in managing and communicating with Partners and internal colleagues.
• Requires the ability to work as a member of a multifunctional team, strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills and planning ability.
• Proven success in the launch and commercialization of products.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Experience in working with FDA regulated products is preferred.
