Production Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Production Manager, you will lead all operational functions in a smaller, aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.  The organization has some very aggressive growth plans that include a substantial volume of new products.  This role will be intimately involved with the full compliment of new product introduction functions and departmental expansion and training to accommodate new business.

 

The small size of the organization means that you and your team will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including all of the long-range strategic planning as well as launch tactics.  You will work closely with other key staff members to ensure that plans are developed and executed in an efficient and timely manner:  This is a hands-on leadership role

 

Qualifications:10+ years of hand on Operations leadership  in the pharmaceutical industry Supervisory level or higher expertise in aseptic operationsExperience in the full spectrum of product commercializationExcellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead teamsExperience in expansion and personnel developmentProven track record of success in developing and implementing team development and continuous improvement initiativesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.





Ideally, you will have pharmaceutical experience both in large and smaller organizations.
