A top pharmaceutical client is looking to build a key initiative for a “virtual pharmaceutical rep” who would be available for questions and product information. This innovative program would give doctors live support when they need it via computer technology. The Program Manger would oversee a team of
“virtual pharmaceutical reps” and mange the client relationship. Arista, located in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking a first-class Program Manager for this initiative.


Responsibilities include:
• Delivery of overall project management activities
• Management of the relationship with the client
• Provides information to business development and operations
about program
• Team supervision to ensure goals and objectives of program
• Monitoring of project results and resolution of issues
• Ascertaining of training needs for staff and management of training sessions
• Monitoring call activity to assure accurate staffing for call load

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years supervisory experience as a pharmaceutical District Manager
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
