Assistant MARKETING Manager/Manager (based on experience)

NeoStrata Company, Inc. is a small, fast-paced, technology-driven dermatological company with a successful history of developing and marketing cosmetic and over-the-counter drug formulations.  New opportunities abound for energetic, resourceful, hands-on individuals as the Company seeks to grow its NeoStrata and Exuviance physician dispensed and consumer brands. 

 

We offer the NeoStrata line of ethical products distributed through dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other types of physicians to their patients and Exuviance, a consumer line sold through department stores, select pharmacies and upscale spas and salons.

 

We are seeking an independent and ambitious member of our US Marketing Brand Management Team.  This individual’s primary responsibility is to enhance and grow our relationship marketing efforts; including web-based communication and sales to consumers, physicians and third party distributors; direct marketing (direct response, direct mail) and public relations programs.

Areas of responsibility:

· Lead development and execution of web-based strategies and programs to:

o Build direct sales of Exuviance and CoverBlend in the U.S. via the web

o Develop web presence and support sales efforts for NeoStrata physician-dispensed products

o Support online sales efforts of our retail and third party Internet customers

o Enhance corporate and international image and information on the web

· Work in close concert with Marketing Director and other marketing managers to ensure web efforts support overall brand and corporate goals.

· Work with public relations agency and internal sources to evolve content for the web site, keeping it fresh

· Prepare and manage forecast and budget for e-marketing/web efforts

· Innovate: Continually develop/ test /analyze/ and report on programs,  to improve web efforts.

· Develop strong relationships with internal colleagues, including sales, operations, customer service, clinical development, regulatory and finance essential to development and execution of programs

· Identify and manage key vendors critical to execution of programs, particularly creative design and web interface/ programming

Experience desired:

· 2-5 years consumer product marketing experience required, preferably consumer package goods

· Web marketing experience required

· HBA/skin care/cosmetic experience desirable, but not required

· Strong visual and communication skills are required
