Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc. is a leader in the consumer oral health market with LISTERINE Antiseptic Mouthwash, REACH toothbrushes, REACH floss, and REMBRANDT tooth whitening products. They are also in the women's health market with MONISTAT vaginal yeast infection treatments and K-Y Brand personal lubricants. The company's line of sanitary products includes CAREFREE pantiliners, o.b. tampons and STAYFREE maxi pads. The Assistant Product Director, Oral Healthcare Professional Marketing, will be an integral member of the professional marketing team with a primary focus on developing and implementing revenue generating marketing programs for the dental channel. This position will work in close collaboration with Professional Sales to lead the conception, development and implementation of dental supplier promotional programs, professional website updates, e-mail newsletters and sales force support materials. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing and tracking program performance, developing the annual business plan for the revenue channel and managing the budget. Additionally, as a key member of the Professional Oral Heath team, this individual will work closely with the Product Director, Professional Marketing. Shows effective planning and prioritization skills. Establishes self as expert for job responsibilities. Budget maintenance to support financial objectives. Continually assess competitive landscape and responds accordingly. Works within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals. A BA/BS in Marketing or in a business related field is required. An MBA is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 - 4 years of progressive marketing and/or sales experience is required. Experience in Professional/Pharmaceutical Marketing and/or Professional/ Wholesaler/Distributor Sales is highly preferred. OTC marketing experience and web marketing experience is a strong plus. Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: strong strategic thinking skills, strong analytical and solution implementation skills, excellent written and oral communications, strong interpersonal skills (ability to influence others and create alignment is critical), strong project management skills including stakeholder alignment, milestone delivery and cross-functional team leadership skills, and fluent PC skills in a MS Office environment.This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
