We are seeking an individual to serve as the leader and director of drug discovery research at Regulus Therapeutics LLC.  A Ph.D. degree or equivalent is required in one of the life sciences and at least 10 years experience post-Ph.D., including at least 5 years in drug discovery research in the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry.  Candidate must have a proven track record as an innovative drug researcher along with experience as a research group leader.  A publication record in the RNAi/microRNA fields would be a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be expected to establish and implement strategy for a small (3-5 scientists) group of microRNA researchers.
