Position Title: Associate Director, Marketing, Nephrology

 

Company Description: Our client is a specialty pharmaceutical company conveniently located in the Parsippany, NJ area.  They have a strong product portfolio and pipeline and are looking to continue to grow going forward.  They are very stable, yet offer a very flexible environment.  Employees grow their careers here and stay.  Benefit packages are very strong as well.

 

Location:  Madison, New Jersey area

Work on a brand that directly impacts the quality of life of anemia patients.  Get involved in the nuts and bolts.  You will be able to craft your scope of work in your liking and will be responsible for carrying out these expectations.  You will not be micro-managed.Work alongside and report in to a very successful and well-liked Director of Marketing. Great location.  Commutable from North, Central, some parts of Southern NJ and NY, and West PA via Route 80, 24, 78, 287, GSP, and Turnpike.

Compensation/Benefits: Base compensation is competitive and will vary based on your level of experience and also includes a 25% bonus, stock options, 401k match (6%), etc. 


Responsibilities, Challenges, Expectations and Deliverables for this position:

 Develop, implement and manage sales and marketing programs.Manage the development of marketing strategies and market growth plans.Work alongside the Director to develop and implement marketing strategies.Analyze market research needs/projects/results. Manage development of marketing materials and training program.Develop and manage product sales forecasts and promotional budget.

Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:

 BS/BA degree.  Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.2-5+ years of marketing experience with the majority of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
