We are a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of human therapeutics to fill unmet medical needs. We are advancing several proprietary product candidates. Our lead product candidate, TTP889, is a novel, orally bioavailable selective partial inhibitor of coagulation factor IX activity. Our second clinical product candidate, TTP488, is a novel, orally bioavailable compound that is being developed as a potential treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.In addition to TTP889 and TTP488, we have several preclinical and clinical products that are being advanced internally or with partners.
A key element of our strategy is to establish strategic collaborations with leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. We have entered into collaborations with Novo Nordisk A/S, Merck, Cephalon, Inc. and SIGA Technologies, Inc. to discover and develop small molecule therapeutics to treat human diseases. We believe that our strategic collaborations will enable us to leverage and expand our internal discovery and development capabilities and diversify risk across our pipeline.

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Pharmaceutical Development.
In this position you will be responsible for the development and validation of the analytical methods for the drug substances and drug products. As well as , setting up and testing stability samples. Responsibilities also include conducting pre formulation studies and formulation development of NCEs, interacting with outside Contract Testing and Manufacturing Organizations and participating in the manufacture of clinical batches at their facilities.
Qualifications:
Position requires a Ph.D degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
5+ years industrial experience preferred in characterization of drug substance, analytical method development and testing of oral solid dosage forms. Pre formulation and formulation development experience.
Experience of analytical testing equipment, HPLC, UV, NMR, MS, GLC dissolution and training in GLPs and GMPs is a must.
Experience of coordinating work at CRO's.
Good communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
