Position Summary:

This position offers the ability to work with our dynamic Technical Services group to direct all activities of the Process Technical Services department. This is an excellent opportunity for a success driven scientific professional with managerial experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and validation to join a fast paced, rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities include: Provide functional leadership for all technical services related projects throughout the organization Manage and organize the activities of a Technical Services document control group Direct department personnel to assure timely scale-up and launch of new and existing products Assure that all technical and validation reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner Summarize all pre ANDA projects and evaluate process technologies and equipment for each product Setup initial product tracking system for each product defining critical process parameters and physical parameters Define and implement pilot plant and production methods to provide efficient cost effective production of products Perform and develop technical training seminars Interface with R&D, production, and sales and marketing to assure timely launch of new products and supply of existing products Assist in bringing technology in house to improve efficiency of processes Ensure that the schedules and timelines for all technical services and related validation activities are met Perform continual review of assigned products in production to assure production efficiency Position Requirements include: MS in Applied Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering 5+ years pharmaceutical in either a validation/tech services with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience Detailed knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and utility of manufacturing and/or packaging equipment Demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs, SOP's, and FDA regulations In-depth knowledge of experimental design and logic flow criteria with subsequent resolution skills Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to identify, initiate project activities and track multiple projects Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot process or product problems Ability to organize data studies and analyze the results Excellent communication skills-both verbal and writtenCommitment to Excellence - Many companies talk about it.
