Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology or Senior Clinical Pharmacologist

Our client, a rapidly growing Global Pharmaceutical company with many drugs in various stages of development for Schizophrenia, Alzheimers Disease, Immunological Disease, Allergy, Asthma, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacology/Clinical Pharmacologist.

In this role, the individual will be managing multiple Phase I studies along with managing a CRO. The Clinical Pharmacologist will be involved in analyzing complex Pharmacodynamic data, performing PKPD simulation/modeling, and analyzing Phase I Drug to Drug interactions. The Clinical Pharmacologist will be involved with the Schizophrenia therapeutic area for about 50% of the time, and will also be involved with other therapeutic indications.

Our client would like at least five years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industries with an advanced degree; Masters, PharmD, PhD or M.D. The individual will not have direct reports at the beginning, but can look forward to a promotion within a year and will eventually be managing people.

This is a “ground floor” opportunity for a “hands-on” expert who enjoys visibility and has the drive and personal skills to make a difference in the drug development process. CNS experience a plus.
