Associate Scientist/Scientist, Assay Development

We are seeking a motivated scientist with broad expertise in protein-based and cellular assay development to develop assays to identify, validate and prioritize therapeutic antibody leads. Qualified candidate will possess B.Sc. in life sciences with more than 10 year of research experience, M.Sc. with more than 8 years research experience, or Ph.D. with more than 2 years research experience. The successful candidate will have worked in industry developing immunoassays and bioassays in high density microtiter plate formats, using robotic liquid handlers, characterizing antibody binding and functional activities in cell-based assays, flow cytometry, cellular imaging analysis, biochemical analysis of target proteins, and tissue culture. He or she will have strong analytical and communication skills, with emphasis on quantitative details in data handling and interpretation, and ability to adapt innovative assay technologies. Familiarity with infectious diseases, immunological disorders, and cancer models will be preferred.
