Job Description Associate Site Manager The Associate Site Manager serves as a management program resource for the client, providing day-to-day management and administrative support to meet the objectives of the Thermo Asset Management Services program. (achieving; high customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided, program profitability targets and work with the client to identify program expansion opportunities).  This position will interact on a regular basis with client regarding operation, goals and successes, and instill customer confidence in our program and personnel.  The Associate Site Manager will provide status reports of the program as required to the client in a professional manner. This position will assure that the equipment list is current, accurate and complete through periodic inventory activity.  This position will submit Instrument Profiles (IP) forms for new equipment adds and process deleted inventory items in a timely manner.  Provides advice/suggestions and perspective as needed to client and vendors in a pro-active manner.  Required to maintain a record of purchase orders, and monitor project management activity through reports and using proprietary software.  This position will communicate in a timely fashion with vendors and client personnel to resolve service or billing issues, questions or credits. The Associate Site Manager will participate in regular scheduled team conference calls.  This position will provide periodic training of AMS program to clients.  This position requires a Bachelor's degree as well as two years of experience in the laboratory industries. This position is located in Chantilly, Virginia.Job Level: Experienced
