Assistant/Associate/Sr. Associate Project Manager or Project Leader, New Technologies Sugar Land/Houston, TX The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Project Leader and Department Manager to ensure quality, efficiency and improved profitability. The candidate will assist in the development of project plans, coordinating projects, communicating progress, creating/reviewing user requirements/design documents, reviewing test scripts, creating/updating trace matrixes, and maintaining timelines and budgets for assigned projects. The candidate will conduct projects in a timely manner in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations. He/she will also function as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Project Leader in the absence of the IVR Project Leader for assigned projects both to US and remote teams. Additional responsibilities will include: preparing project summary reports and analyses as needed; creating SOPs, office procedures and quality standards; and training preparation and training staff. The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in a related field. Clinical research and technical experience is preferred but not required. Excellent oral and written skills are needed. Candidate must also have MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience. SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required. Project Management experience not required, but a plus. 5-15% travel may be required in US and overseas.
