The ASG Specialist - Health Care Compliance/Foreign Corrupt Practices, will be responsible for auditing J&J affiliates (both international and domestic) and vendors to assess process controls in areas that relate to Foreign Corrupt Practices and to assess the healthcare compliance program and to identify potential exposures in key areas of risk including seven elements of an effective compliance program, pricing/discounts/rebates, consulting fees, charitable contributions, educational grants and sponsorships, clinical research, etc. These audits will require the candidate to conduct interviews with senior management, perform detailed audit work, write and present audit recommendations/reports, develop audit programs, and identify key areas of risk for each affiliate. Partner with the Office of Compliance and the Law Department on assessments, program development, training, etc. On-going training of affiliates on how to conduct monitoring and control activities. Domestic and International travel required. Special projects as required. Must be able to conduct audit with little or no supervision. Position reports to Audit Director. Some supervision of audit staff may be required. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Concentration in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred. MBA degree and/or professional certification (CPA, CIA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred. A minimum of eight years of professional work experience is strongly desired. Previous audit experience is preferred. Previous experience with Health Care Compliance function is preferred. Position will require up to 35% domestic and international travel. Apply Now
