Must have strong Marketing Experience

Key product manager role responsible for product management activities required to implement and administer Sub-unit and Platform objectives.

Supports brand marketing activities by: developing and executing product marketing plans to produce maximum sales, growth and profitability; establishing and maintaining a strong competitive position through strategic and tactical identification of marketing opportunities; and developing marketing promotional and communication programs. 

Accountable for marketing workstream deliverables supporting assigned product development projects.  Ongoing support of the product development process by active engagement in peer reviews of marketing deliverables. 

The Sr. Product Manager, has direct accountability for a product manager and routinely interfaces with platform team resources including:  clinical marketing, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, medical and R & D. As a senior member of the Medical Surgical Systems Marketing team, a Sr. Product Manager is expected to provide mentoring and coaching for less senior product management staff; assume a training leadership role in establishing general product management fundameals and establishing,  implementing and maintaining "best practices" in product management.

Minimum of 7 years of business experience in the medical device industry with a minimum of 4 years in product and/or market management.  Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, business development
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
