BI/BW Lead & Developers Needed

Large manufacturing client is in need of a BI/BW Lead and an experienced BI/BW developer.   BI/BW Lead-Candidate will provide strong technical development expertise with SAP BW/BI technology. Ability to define requirements for SAP BW/BI applications and reports.  Develop, test, and debug BW extracts, transformations, cube and report design and build/test associated with finance, APO, sales and manufacturing team deliverables. Maintain system in accordance with department standards and SAP best practices. Lead BW design efforts for infocubes, ODS, and ETL processes. Lead other team members in creating designs.  Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Design, test, document, build, and maintain data extracts, transformations, process chains, ODS Objects, and InfoCubes. 2. Maintain, monitor, and develop BW processes.3. Design, build, and support BW Infocubes. 4.  Develop BW/BI reports as needed. 5. Model BW scenarios and architecture, designing the BW models, systems solutions, and system/user documentation. 6. Create and maintain detailed project plans, identifying any potential deadline problems before they become critical. 7. Correcting, revising, and improving functional programs to make operating refinements, reduce operating time, and improve present techniques and procedures. 8. Create documentation as required for good SDLC practices. 9. Coordination with security team. 10. Conduct Performance Tuning of BW applications (Data Extraction, OLAP processes) Additional responsibilities: 1. Provide continuing diagnostic support and maintenance for software systems. 2. Attend various meetings and provide feedback. 3. Run process flows when required. 4. Complete special projects as assigned. 5. Requirement gathering from Business Users. 6. Give support to Business Users. 7. Analysis of the Production issues and provide solutions8. Lead other team members in BW designs and technical construction. Experience –1. Five to seven years IT experience2. 4 years SAP BW/BI development / Admin, development of info cubes/objects, queries, experience using SAP Standard Business Content. 3. Hands-on experience with SAP data dictionary, ABAP workbench, and knowledge of integrated planning & newer functionality and performance tuning desired.  4. Experience deploying BW in Finance, SD or manufacturing BE reporting a plus. 5. Experience with performance tuning BW with DBAs.  6. Experience leading others in BW development. 7. Experience extracting data from R/3 & non-R/3 applications for reporting.  8. Experience on previous SAP implementation projects; proficient with SAP version BW 3.5/ BW 4/ BI 7, plus SAP R/3 4.6C or higher. 9. Pharma or FDA experience a plus.  10. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  11. Excellent team skills with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. 12.
