Job Description Benefits Coordinator Summary: Responsible for the administration of certain US benefit programs including life, disability and FSA programs. Administration liaison for billing and eligibility for medical, dental, FSA, vision and life and disability programs. Work closely with the HR Operations team to coordinate benefits activity with systems.  Provide general support to HR community on all aspects of benefits (billing and eligibility resolution)Minimum Requirements: Manage billing and eligibility with SHPS Responsible for managing the HRM contact list Process life insurance claims and tracking and notification of EOI applications Tracking and monitoring of STD and LTD claims Controls vendor level system access for HR community Controls the literature service access and maintains benefit communication stock items Assist with acquisitions, Open Enrollment and special projects Maintain weekly 401 (k) funding spreadsheet Run ad hoc reports as needed from Oracle/DiscovererNon-Negotiable Criteria: BA or BS with 2 – 3 years of benefits experience Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills Ability to handle confidential material with a high level of professionalism Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
