Bilingual Case Manager - Sales & Customer Service
DNA Services of America has an immediate opening for a bilingual (English/Spanish) CASE MANAGER at its Orange County service center in Santa Ana, California. We are seeking an empathetic and consultative, yet enthusiastic and aggressive, individual for this full-time inbound sales and customer service position for DNA testing services including paternity and other family relationships, identification, infidelity, criminal forensics, and nutrigenetics. The successful candidate will also collect DNA samples and perform some administrative duties. We believe in our mission and will require an individual who shares the same passion – to help people seeking the truth when it matters most.
Primary job responsibilities: Handle all incoming sales and customer service calls and provide an exceptional customer care experience to every contact and client. Convert all customer inquiries to appointments in line with conversion rate expectations or obtain commitments to call back. Schedule and coordinate DNA sample collection appointments throughout Orange County and remotely, and enter all contact and case information into computer software in a timely manner. Collect DNA samples in office in line with DNA Services of America protocols.
Secondary job responsibilities: Pick up mail on a daily basis and process outgoing mail daily. Ship all collected samples to the laboratory on a daily basis before courier service’s pick-up time. Maintain a record of marketing exposure methods on every call and submit a summary report to Franchise Owner by 9 a.m. every Monday for the prior week’s calls. Assist Community Relations Manager with distribution of marketing materials and provide support as needed to promote increased sales, business growth and efficient office operations. Perform inside marketing initiatives as required, including fax campaigns, e-mail campaigns, and media roll-outs and assist as needed with local trade shows, presentations or exhibitor events.
Specific training provided: DNA Services of America’s Sales Boot Camp Internal new employee training program
Minimum requirements for position: Bilingual (English/Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills One year experience in sales and customer service Background check, drug screen and list of references
