Billing Coordinator

Full management of A/R function with a focus on customer invoicing and A/R, and customer relations in relation to these activities.

Responsibilities: · Interface with all departments regarding billing and/or accounting issues as needed.· Contact customers to resolve past due status, as needed.· Participate in implementation of new invoicing processes and system.· Ensures all invoices are properly coded and agree to customer quote · Handle a variety of tasks and assignments as needed.

  · High School Diploma required, with some business college courses, or equivalent work experience· Associates’ degree preferred· 1-3 years of office / clerical experience· Oracle Financial system experience, Billing and credit/collections experience and/or Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred· MS Office, Excel in particular, Customer billing systems knowledge a plus· Effective communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills· Ability to operate in team environment. · Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines. · Problem solving skills, attention to detail and persistence
