Biologic Sales Specialist (Cincinnati/Indianapolis)

You have experience working with distribution sales people in the orthobiologics OR spinal implant product sales field.  You are experienced in the operating room environment and comfortable as part of an orthopedic or neurosurgery implant team.

You reside in the Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, or Dayton area and could travel 50% or more to cover your Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky region. You will report to the Regional Manager and work with and mentor direct orthopedic sales reps as well as spinal implant distributor sales people.

You must enjoy mentoring sales people and will coach them to sell the Company's biologic products (for which you will receive monthly commission dollars on every biologics product each of them will sell in your three state area).

1st year income should be in the $120k to 150K range, with no ceiling.

You will receive a  base salary, plus commissions on base and new business, plus a 750/month car allowance, plus a broad medical and fringe benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, cafeteria plan, 401(k) with matching contributions and stock purchase plan.

This is NOT an entry position for one outside this field.

You will have the broadest biologic product forms to offer orthopedic and spine surgeons requiring a bone graft in their surgical procedures. This is a rising, successful company in the orthopedics field.

Our client is expanding rapidly and is seeking additional Biologic Specialists - those based in Houston or Atlanta with similar background experience should apply with the prospect of employment (W-2) in April-May with a formal training class conducted in June.
