We are looking for team-oriented individuals for the following exciting opportunity:BMET - Phone Technical SupportBenicia, CAPosition Responsibilities:Provides technical hardware support to customers using Bio-Rad medical diagnostic products in a call center environment.Serves as technical support to Bio-Rad field service personnel troubleshooting, repairing, performing preventative maintenance, or installing medical diagnostics instruments at customer sites. Logs and codes all customer contact and technical support recommendations into the Clarify Data Management System to meet regulatory requirements.Develops and maintains proficiency with existing and new diagnostic products by attending product related classes and training sessions. Position Requirements: Preferred applicants will possess the following: AA/AS degree in electronics or equivalent 3+ years of transferable electromechanical/electronics experiencePrevious field service or technical phone support experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and support skillsAbility to communicate technical information over the phoneReporting Relationship:Position reports to the Technical Support ManagerCompensation:We reward our employees with an industry competitive salary commensurate with experience.
