Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. The Business Architect is responsible for the overall cohesiveness and integrity of the Crossroads design and build. This person will ensure design integration between the various global process teams, the SAP build team, franchise deployment teams, and with other teams. They ensure changes required by any team are consistently reflected across the entire program. The Business Architect is an integral member of the Crossroads Project Management Office. The incumbent will work closely with the Project Director, Chief Solution Architect and Core Model Process Owner, ensure the integrity and integration of the overall Crossroads business processes and application. The Business Architect will translate #8216;processes' to technology in a consistent manner across the Crossroads solution, ensuring process designs are accurately translated and enabled by the IT solution. The Business Architect will manage and ensure compliance to determined scope of Crossroads (watches "scope creep"). The incumbent will recommend optimal configuration to support business processes based on knowledge of SAP capabilities. This will ensure that the solution is as "vanilla" as possible. The Business Architect will be responsible for all end-to-end process testing (integration testing) and will advise teams on technical / functional solution for unique or complex business requirements; brings to resolution. The incumbent will own crossroads governance procedures and processes. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA/advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles within MD&D operations/Supply Chain is required. Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes in a validated environment is preferred. Experience and expertise with application solution set (SAP) is preferred. A Proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to the desired result is required. Change Management experience is required. Process re-engineering experience is required. Process Excellence (PE) training is preferred. Experience working with multiple franchises and sectors desired. Approximately 25% of domestic and international travel is required for this position.
