Business Coordinator
Aqua Pharmaceuticals, an emerging pharmaceutical company located in Malvern, PA is currently seeking a full-time Business Coordinator. This person would be responsible but not limited to the following responsibilities;Process and distribute weekly sales reports. Manage and liaison outsourced IT and PDA technologies. Track & reconcile monthly inventories. Assist with small-office related tasks; phones, office supplies, mass mailings, etc....
Candidate must have BS/BA or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook. Up to date and in-depth experience with computerized business technologies. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently prioritize workload with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility is crucial.
