Business Development Director
Integrium is a well-established, full-service CRO specialized in the cardiovascular and metabolic areas. The Business Development group has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company and will continue to do so. We are searching for the right candidate to be a part of this dynamic team and support the continued growth of the company.
The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying new business leads within the biopharmaceutical industry and promoting awareness and interest in Integrium’s services to these leads. Primary objectives are to bring about name recognition, new clinical trial workscopes and related projects into Integrium and to expand and maintain Integrium’s exposure among target audiences. Direct active lead mining followed by the active pursuit of specific leads within a strategic business development plan and with in-depth market and company intelligence. Develop strategy and participate in activities to support leads development - including conferences, professional networking opportunities, advertising, and other promotions. May mentor and supervise support staff.
