We assess our client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and implementation to improve both enterprise-wide integration and profitability.  Through our long-term partnerships with many of the world's leading technology companies we can offer extremely cost effective implementation to our clients.  Deloitte Consulting's Technology Integration (TI) offerings include:  - Systems Development - Business Integration & Optimization - Platform Architecture & Infrastructure - Information Management - IT Strategy & Management   Business Integration & Optimization Deloitte Consulting's Business Integration & Optimization (BIO) practice designs, develops, tests, and implements complex event processing solutions that unlock the value of enterprise information.  These solutions include middleware-enabled business process, applications, and system component integration within and across enterprises.  Additionally, BIO focuses on assisting clients in developing the people, processes and architectures required to achieve and sustain Integration Excellence.  The Securities Consulting practice provides support to major investment banks, brokerages, and exchanges around the globe. The primary business activities of these clients include underwriting new stock and bond issues to the primary market, broker/dealer services exchanging securities in the secondary market, and settling securities trades, asset management and wealth management.   A Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP will deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. Requirements: - Ability to accommodate client travel up to 100%. - Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred. - 3-5 years professional experience in consulting services with a focus on delivery of technology projects. - At least 1 years of project management experience. - Majority of engagement experience focused on the Securities market segment. - Experience managing / leading complex programs, operations and product launches. - Experience managing mixed teams, including clients and contractors with both business and technical backgrounds (include offshore teams). - Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale business/technology solutions. - Strong communication experience should include presentation / proposal generation, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a team or client organization. - Willingness to work on a broad variety of projects in the Technology Integration practice. - Very high attention to detail. - Stellar work ethic  About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
