SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the effective coordination and execution of business processes and standardization utilizing Oracle ERP modules of the company’s Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications. Works with implementation consultants, internal implementation teams, department mangers, and executive management to establish and enforce company standards and methodologies. As a process expert, owns the setup and configuration of specific Oracle modules, effective testing and change control, and communication of all changes through Integra’s various business divisions. Works closely with the local implementation team as the Integra expert in Integra and Oracle processes. Responds to implementation problems, performs troubleshooting activities and resolves Oracle ERP and ERP related issues. Acts as a liaison between Integra’s implementation teams, Oracle Support and On Demand groups. Supports transition of implementations from development and testing into Production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSustaining
· Investigates, resolves, implements and follows up on end-user issues in area of expertise. Appropriate escalation of issues as required
· Manages the review of current workflows and business processes to develop best practices and deployment of these best practices across appropriate Integra sites.
· Determines the effect of proposed system changes, in areas of expertise, on the global business environment. Documents, tests, communicates, and implements changes once approved.Improvement
· Defines areas of improvement on existing systems by improving processes and workflows in current modules and implementing new modules.
· Proposes integration of core business systems (minimizing the amount of software needed to maintaining the business, assess solutions to minimize data duplication in multiple systems, etc.).
· Documents, maintains and prioritizes the development of reporting and data analysis tools for Integra personnel to make informed decisions.
· Owns and is responsible for a business process and standardization of that process throughout Integra.Implementation
· Acts as a liaison between the business implementation and Information Management functions through consulting on business processes in key areas. This includes: determining the current physical process, evaluating the electronic process, recommending changes to map the physical and electronic processes, coordinating the implementation of the changes, training, documentation and communication.
· Aids in definition of test scenarios and training needs to reduce the risk of system migration affecting day-to-day operations. Supports testing and integrated test procedures to ensure proper system functionality
· Manages data migration and verification from to-be-legacy systems to ensure proper setup and functionality of future business systems, both Oracle and Non-Oracle

· Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
· Ensures compliance to GMP, ISO, Corporate and local SOPs, policies, and processes through proper documentation, testing and communication.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Advanced Computer systems certifications required, College degree preferred.
· 2 years+ experience in ERP software support, Oracle experience preferred.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Someone who is adaptable to change and a fast pace environment.
