POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide clinical project team and Operations Lead support. Schedule meetings, set up teleconferences, secure conference rooms, Create and maintain project team lists and other distribution lists, Distribute communications to team members, as requested, Post meeting minutes to Knowledge Desktop, Maintain and update Net Calendar, Prepare Travel and Expense Reports, Arrange domestic and international travel, Prepare Pre-Trip Approval Forms and travel agendas, Process registration for conferences/meetings, Provide phone coverage, Develop binders and files, Prepare slides, documents and spreadsheets, Request computer accounts, Process Voice technology requests, Provide backup for other administrators, Assist with PowerPoint slide presentations.
